there are some people who want to talk but cant speak english .....

But look at it this way:
You enter the English speaking board and see messages in any language but English... you might not like it at all
I mean... there are more than 20 boards for those who don't speak English and of course everyone is invited to add a comment in any language. For we haven't specified the official language though it's more than clear as the 99% of the active users speak Spanish
So let's try to save this space for the other 1% and encourage them to post. We have visitors from all over the globe but just a few dare to participate.
And, as you do, anyone can use the google online translator. No one will laugh if your English isn't perfect for I see thousands of orthographic and grammatical errors in the spanish speaking boards and wouldn't even think of pointing them out
