You can understand some forum tools who are explained by default in spanish. Only if you change your language board, these explanations would turn to english.
There are two ways to change your board language, the very easy way, and the easy way
Very easy way
1.)Follow this link:

And where it says
"Favor seleccione lenguaje para la interface del panel", change Spanish by your desired language
The easy way
If The very easy way doesn't work, try these simples steps:
1.) Go to "Mis Controles", in the superior right corner of an Argensteel page.
2.) In the inferior left corner, search for "Carátulas y Lenguajes"'s link and click it.
TIP: If you can't find the link above, try pressing crtl+f and type "Carátulas y Lenguajes" or just "lenguajes" to find the link in an easier way.
3.) Find the option named "Favor seleccione lenguaje para la interface del panel" and change Spanish to your desired language.
Voila! your board language will be changed
