Esto se debe a que el servidor está realizando una actualización en los foros. No hay anuncios sobre cuándo volverá a la normalidad pero esperemos que sea a la brevedad
No obstante, pueden seguir utilizando la función normalmente
PLUS: aumenta la reputacion
MINUS: disminuye la misma

As you may have noticed, where there used to be "plus and minus" signs for changing a member's reputation now you see:
<{REP_PLUS}> <{REP_MINUS}>
This is due to an upgrade being carried out by our host. We hope things will go back to normal within the next days
Nonetheless, the reputation function works just fine so you may use it as you please:
PLUS = +
MINUS = -
